Our mission is to feed the people. We have been working concerts and music festivals for the past decade feeding the masses. Let your tastebuds tell you our culinary story from the savory soul food swamp lands in New Orleans, LA and Jacksonville, FL to the BBQ backbone we earned in Memphis Tn, and Birmingham, AL. All the way up to where it all began cooking authentic German and Italian dishes in my Oma and Nonna's kitchens in Allentown, PA. With the current challenges we are facing as a country during this pandemic, we have decided to start catering locally by way of food trucks and trailers. We have never been more excited about designing a menu and being able to serve it to our local community, our family and our friends. Our passion is creating flavorful dishes incorporating elements from different cultures to create combinations that will leave your tastebuds craving more. We proudly support our local community by shopping local. We serve NON-GMO meats from Gerhard Farms. We serve locally sourced organic produce. We make everything with love.
